You can try your mattress risk-free for 100 nights! Haaga Mattress offers a 100 night Trial. If you don’t like your Haaga mattress within the first 100 nights, simply give us a call or email and we’ll arrange to come pick up the mattress at your convenience or have you donate it to a local charity and we will issue a full refund, all we ask is that you try it for at least 40 nights. (The 100-night trial does not apply to our basic 6" and 8" mattresses or mattresses purchased through other websites or retail stores)

We know you're excited to finally get your sleep so we make sure we try to ship your mattress out that same day or the following day.

Haaga Mattress efficiently packages and ships your mattress, compressed and rolled, in a box. This allows for prompt processing of your order typically within 24 hours. Most orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days. After delivery, unpackage your mattress as soon as possible and allow the mattress to expand and return to shape within 48 hours.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
